On Friday 7th October, Year 5 will be visiting Winchester Science Centre and Planetarium as part of the science topics      studied this term: Earth in Space and Forces. Each class will visit the planetarium, attend a science show about forces and enjoy a look around the exhibition. We will need to leave by 9.00am. Please ensure that your child is in school promptly for 8.45am register. Children need to wear school uniform. Depending on the weather, they will also need a rainproof coat. They will also need to bring a packed lunch. Children may bring up to £ 5.00 to spend in the shop. We aim to return by 3.15pm, depending on traffic.

The cost of the trip will be £15.50. We would like to remind parents that although the payment for this trip is a voluntary contribution, if the costs are not covered then the trip may have to be cancelled.
