Children may wear a Christmas Jumper on the day their year group is having Christmas Dinner. This will be on Wednesday 5th December for children in year three and four. For the children in year five and six this will be Thursday 6th December.

Reminder - there is still time to book a Christmas dinner for your child. This must be done by Friday 30th November. Please contact the school office - 01483 529870 - if you have any questions about this exciting event.

Please also remember that ALL children in year five and six will need to bring a packed lunch into school on Wednesday 5th December. ALL children in year three and four will need to bring a packed lunch into school on Thursday 6th December.

We would like to invite every child to enjoy a Christmas lunch of roast turkey with all the trimmings. There will also be a vegetarian option available. All children will sit and eat together with tables laid out with a drink and Christmas Crackers.

In order for this to be possible, we are only able to serve lunch to two year groups on each occasion.

Year 3 and 4 on Wednesday 5^th December and Year 5 and 6 on Thursday 6^th December.

This year pupils wishing to have Christmas lunch will need to pay £4.00* per meal. It will not be part of the normal lunch card. Whilst cash and cheque payments will be accepted it would be preferred if a Christmas lunch was booked and paid for using Parent mail.

All children will need to bring a packed lunch to school on the day they are not having a Christmas lunch. If your child normally receives a free school lunch, then one can be supplied if you request one on the slip below.

Year 3 & 4 please bring a packed lunch on Thursday 6^th December.

Year 5 & 6 please bring a packed lunch on Wednesday 5^th December.

As this is a special meal the caterers will need to know the amount of food to be ordered and the number of meals to be cooked.  It is important to complete the slip below to order a meal. Slips must be returned no later than Friday 30^th November as this is the last possible date for ordering the food. You will not be able to book a Christmas lunch after this time. We are unable to offer refunds for Christmas lunch due to forward planning and purchasing costs.
