Location of Visit: PGL Activity Centre at Marchants Hill, Hindhead

Length of Visit: 3 days/2 nights

Dates : Group 1 : Monday 18th – Wednesday 20th March 2019

Group 2 : Wednesday 20th _ Friday 22nd March 2019

 Positive attitudes and confidence

 

Accommodation:

Chalet-style lodge with en-suite rooms which sleep 6.

 

Travel arrangements: Coach

 

Cost: Total cost per child: £ 192

 

It is our aim to take every child on the residential but we must cover our costs for the trip to go ahead. We always strive to keep the cost of residential trips as low as possible but in order to run this trip it is necessary to request a voluntary contribution from each parent for the full amount of £192 per child. In order to secure a place on the visit we require an initial payment of £72 per child. Please be aware that if there is a significant shortfall, the governors of the school reserve the right to cancel the trip.

Where possible, all payments should be made via the online app. You can also pay by cheque, if necessary, to Northmead Junior School.

There are two options for payment both of which involve paying an initial

instalment of £72 which should paid by Monday 1st October 2018.

Option 1: The outstanding balance of £120 can be paid in full in the week beginning 26th November.

Option 2: The outstanding balance should be paid in two instalments as follows:

Week beginning: Monday 26th November 2018 £ 60 Week beginning: Thursday 3rd January 2019 £ 60

 

If your child is eligible for free school meals/ Pupil Premium Funding and would like to go on the trip, please contact us.

 

If we do not receive the £72 initial instalment by Monday 1st October, we will presume that you do not want your child to attend the trip.

 

Please return the attached slip to your child’s teacher with your method of payment clearly indicated. Please return this slip even if your child will not be going on the residential.
