District sports Congratulations to everyone who represented our school at the District Sports at the Guildford Spectrum last Tuesday 21st June. It was a tremendous team effort with all our athletes throwing, jumping and running to the absolute best of their ability. Many of our children had the exciting experience of standing on the podium to receive gold, silver and bronze medals. Our school finished 3rd overall out of six schools which was a fantastic performance.
Thank you to the large group of spectators who came to cheer the children on. I am sure you were all as proud as we were by the performance our athletes put on. Many thanks to Paola Polden, Tom Scott and the P.E team who worked with the children and organised such a wonderful event.
