Young Voices at the O2

Some of our children visited the O2 this week to take part in the 'Young Voices Concert'. They behaved perfectly, sang really well and had a fantastic time! Here we have some short video clips of the children singing, reports and comments from the children.

On Wednesday the 12th of January 2011 singing club went with Miss Hines as part of the Young Voices choir up to the O2 arena up in London.

Once we were in the arena we ate our lunch and started our practise for the concert later in the night. The practise lasted 2 hours and by then everybody was worn out. An hour after practise the performance took place. The performance was a great success with over 8000 children involved. We all had a fab time and were completely exhausted by the time we got back to the coach.

The highlight of the day for us was when all the lights turned off and all the torches were swaying.

These are the highlights for some of the children who went to the concert.
